At first it was a little hard to figure out how to use it, but once I got the hang of it , it was super easy fast and very efficient way to print my labels for shipping , so worth the money spent and saves me a ton of money on my printer ink!!!Update: App now allows for printing a batch of labels via Bluetooth!I think the quality of this printer matches the price. I have not used the other popular name brands to compare, but from what I’ve seen others do, this one is lacking but does work and cost less.Negatives:- It can not print a batch of labels via Bluetooth. If you need to print a ton of labels and don’t want to adjust them one by one, you have to plug into a pc via included usb cable.- The print quality is not the best. It is legible, and does get the job done, it’s just not as clear as what you’d see from a major company that has high quality thermal printers.- When using Bluetooth/the app, you cannot save your custom settings. So for every single label I have to increase the density manually. I do not know if this is the case when using the pc connected via cable.- The app is glitchy. Something happened to it right after my return window closed that made it impossible to use Bluetooth for at least a few days, possibly a week. If this had happened while the return window was open I would have returned it, since the only reason I bought this brand was for the Bluetooth.Now, aside from that issue with the app it does work. I am afraid of this issue happening again, but assuming it doesn’t I’d say this model is good for the price. If you are a very small shop that doesn’t need to print a lot of labels at once and would like Bluetooth, I would recommend it. If you have to print a lot at once and rely on the Bluetooth, check into the expensive brand first. I don’t know if they allow batch printing, but if they do it would be worth the money for the upgrade.Simple operation method, as long as reading the manual can learn how to use the printed text is very clear, small and portable.I bought this printer a few days ago. I like the compact design and the price was good. Following directions included in the packaging, I installed the printer on my Windows 11 Home laptop. (Note: the included U drive would not go into any of the laptop USB ports, nor would it go into a USB "nest" device. Something just didn't fit). I got the driver from the mfr website. Got all the windows messages indicating that the printer was installed. BUT-- could not connect wirelessly. I kept getting an error message that the Windows driver was not installed. I also tried via the phone app. "Successful installation" --- but again, would not print. I uninstalled and reinstalled no less than 10 times, same thing. What should have been a piece of cake installation was annoying, frustrating, and ultimately unsuccessful. Maybe I got a lemon. I am returning the printer today and will try another brand.I'm used to a zebra printer and the two printers are no comparison. It does not get hot enough to print dark labels. I have it set on 20 and find print I cannot even read. But DeMarco shows up okay. if you're in a bind and don't have the money to get a good one and this will do until you purchase a better one. But if you planning on just shipping 10 items less a month then it may be perfect for you. Also the mobile app is a little difficult to use. I have to save an image over label and then go to the print and print itThis device have a awesome quality. The label it printed were clear. Their app is easy to use.Great machine, I love itworks fast just wish could have more printing quality, some parts the letter are faded, shipping was excellent came all its wraps not damage and easy to set up, works fine with iphone just had to download the app.
