The comfort of this is not as nice as I hoped. The ear cusions could be bigger and softer, maybe a little more snug. THe sound is great and I got them to cancel office noise so I can hear since I have a very loud office, so far so good. We got the one ear one (Plantronics 84691-11) for someone in a quiter part of the office and she is very happy. Over all I'm happy, butI would love to test some other makes and models before I buy another, just for comfort and noice cancellation.Crystal clear sound, perfect mic range and noise cancellation, headset lifter works every time and picks up medium to low ring tones with ease. The range of the headset is tremendous, haven't found a weak spot anywhere in the house (base is in the basement, 3000+ square feet) - I feel like I could get to the mailbox and back maybe.Never tested the battery life, but I can wear it around with 1 or both ear cups on for hours with minimal discomfort, honestly you barely notice it, and I have an "Extra Large" helmet size for motorcycles... it's still light enough to fall off if I lean directly forward. Would rather have it loose and comfortable than tight and painful.Over all it's a 5/5 star item for sure, and the best deal I've found online, especially for the pair.Best decision ever was to get one of these wireless headsets for my work-at-home job Works awesome I use it for about 8 to 10 hours per day I will order a backup battery just in case but I may give it a little time till I see problems right now I'm not seeing any and this was a semi use product I purchase and I'm very happy for the price and the delivery time and everythingI really like the headset, I just cannot get the microphone to work. Still troubleshooting with my desk phone and system administrator.Home office user alert — if you’re sick of using your cell and have switched to a landline, this headset is a game-changer. Great sound quality, easy-to-use, and industry-leading comfort make these a must-have. Don’t waste your money with cheaper alternatives you’ll have to buy again after they break. Your ears and your telephonic coworkers / customers will thank you.range is amazing, quality is good and the battery gets me through a full day of work without issues. So far very pleasedThe lifter didn't fit my phone, and I could not get the headset to transmit sound. I could hear fine, but no one could hear me. I went through the product set-up.if you are hesitating to buy this headset, don't be. I couldn't ask for more from a headset, I'm on the phone 4 hours a day and have run through 5 different headsets. this one being my favorite and also the least expenssive headset Ihave ever owned.I love these Binaural Headsets and have used them for the last 20 years. The new CS520 is much more stylish than my old CS361N and so I am happy with my purchase to replace the old clunky desk charger with this sleek new cradle. I find that the notification beeps delivered by the lifter is far too subtle to be very effective though. If there is any type of background noise at all, I am not likely to hear it. There is no way to turn the volume up on this feature so numerous calls are missed as a result, if I am not sitting right at my desk by the hand set, which sort of defeats the purpose. If I'm engaged in a conversation with someone for example I will probably not notice that the three tones that sound more like an LED light turning on are actually a signal that my phone ringing. I really have to consciously listen for those mousy alerts to recognise them as anything other than another white noise in and around the noisy office. I'm disappointed that Plantronics does not recognise that anyone over 60 will not hear them, even with a hearing aid.
