Also, very short battery life.RAMI have bought many items from Amazon listed as New or Like New. Usually, the box is damaged or even missing but the product is fine.This is listed as New and Like New but is missing the USB dongle that is clearly stated in the item description as included.Although the headset works without the dongle, not mentioning that it isn’t included is misleading.Contacted seller and was told “This is a used headset replacement. You can send it back for a full refund.”I don’t want a refund, I want the pieces described on the posting because I need the headset.Beware, you are getting what you pay for from this- and that’s not a dongle.
