Item came quickly and was packaged well. No damage. However, you have to put everything together and it is very time consuming! It would be a HUGE help if the tracks came pre-installed! I would have given 5 stars if it would have been easier to put together but it’s pretty much pictures which you can follow but again super time consuming. Page 2 of instructions took forever to get done and pay attention to the direction of the pieces you put on or you will be taking it apart. It took me approximately 3 hours to get together by myself.
