I’m a little confused by the mixture to use the product works wonderfully well the pictures are awesome. The film is a little high but it’s better to buy in bulk but I think this product is awesome I have printed so many photos.Love love love this printer! I use it for my journaling and other types of activities for my pre-K class. Depending on how you take your picture, they come out real good, as seen.Love that it doesn’t use ink. The pictures print a little pinky but honestly I’ll take that over having to pay for inkIt is a great product for an early teenager to get pictures and print them right away before they get deleted.Came early and she loved itReally easy to use i love it especially the color (pink)This is very easy to use. Picture quality is not bad at all like some may suggest. The only thing that isn't like is the battery runs out pretty quick when making alot of prints. More quickly that I would think.This is the best photo printer! I love the small photos!!It's too late for me to return this device; I had purchased it and didn't really try it out until the 30 days had passed (so dumb of me!!). Every picture I print is wayyy too dark and there's an awful blue hue. I really wanted this little printer for my journal and am so disappointed. $200 down the drain!!The bad:- all photos in the Sprocket Soft is not sorted out (they are in random order wich will make you to spent an eternity to find that one photo and print it out)- as you may see in the my attached photo, HP support more like a stupid monkey than a technical support.The good:- the printer is actually working fine.- photos are abit grinish but i dont expected too much from a printer that i can keep in my pocket.I could not believe how quick it was to pair this device to my iphone.Prints out quality glossy photos. So cute too.Small enough to carry in my bag.I use it to print photos for my journal/diary.So may extra things too via the app, to add to your photos to jazz them up.Also, loving Amazon Prime.Malheureusement, l'article n'était pas ce à quoi je m'attendais. Et depuis ce temps (début mars), je n'ai toujours pas été remboursé et j'ai reçu aucune information au sujet du retour après multiple demandes via courriel.I really love this little printer just wish it would stay charged longerIt does printer very good quality photosI did have to get a refund from this company as they sent me the wrong case and had to repeatedly contact them to get the refund
