I assumed (wrongly) that Chamberlain keypads would work with Chamberlain openers. This turned out to be incompatible with newer models of Chamberlain garage door openers.They should place a sticker on the back of the package to this effect. I purchased this in 2014, and the manufacture date on the unit was 2004. Old stock. Very disappointing. I purchased a newer model at a big box store, which would have given me an easier and quicker return experience if needed.Seems like a good product but isn't compatible with my chamberlain openerThis would be a good item except that I can not use it. It is incompatible with my garage door opener.All I ever expect is people to perform !!! They did..easy to install and program
