I purchased this printer because I have a few other Munbyn Products and have been very happy with the quality. I had a few issues trying to get it to work with my Square Register but eventually got it to work flawlessly. So far it’s been great!I have had this printer for several years. Replaced my Start TSP100 which lasted for well over 10 years. It prints fast, crisp, and quiet. Cut feature is nice. Install was difficult on our network. I suspect it is a driver and software issue. I have had to reinstall it a few times over the years and sometimes it is hard to find it on the network. Or, I can find it but it but Windows won't add it but we figure it out. It recently started jamming when printing and was almost impossible to get it to open to unjam it. It is time to buy a replacement. At almost half the price of a Star, it is a good value, but I got half the life. Tech support was pretty responsive and helpful, although not real-time. Generally you send a message and get a message response later which is a little frustrating when you are trying to ring up customers or need tech support to remote log-in and fix the problem. I haven't decided if I am going to get another one or switch back to Star. If the install issue was easier, I would easily give this a 5 star.When I purchased it I was a little bit worried, I have always used Epson or similar. When I got the MUNBYN the installation was easy on my Chromebook, but it did not cut the document properly, however I got support from their R&D team in China, I guess, and after some days the printer cuts the document perfectly. I have been using it for a week and no issues at all.Very easy setup. Installed the drivers, turned it on and it was ready. I used the USB connection on a windows computer. Worked perfectly with the POS system I am using.Munbyn printers worked fine for me before but I have a lot of trouble with them recently, as I observed whenever the windows updated, the printers stop workingPurchased this item for business use. Easy to set up. It is exactly what I needed and it is compatible with the cloud-based software that I use. Customer service so far is great and responses are quick and well detailed for better understanding.The printers are a good deal and seem like they will hold up. Tech support was easy to do through Whatsapp. When I had an issue they were there to help. Just remember they are on the other side of the world so you will be talking to them at nights. All'interno della confezione ci sono anche gli indirizzi dei i video per una semplice configurazione. Stampa velocemente e taglia la carta senza sprechi. Perfetta per le mie esigenze. Software in dotazione per modificare i parametri e gli indirizzi IP.Utilizzata per una sagra di paese, funziona senza problemi ed e' molto piu' veloce di quello che mi aspettassi. Nessun problema anche a stampare loghi e codici a barre.Ho acquistato la stampante termica Munbyn per stampare dei memorandum sull'elenco di lavori eseguiti o da eseguire su alcuni prodotti che a volte mi capita di riparare, come notebook e cellulari, e talvolta la uso anche per stampare una rapida lista della spesa a mia madre, che sfortunatamente non è molto tech e spesso si ritrovava a farmi appuntare lunghe liste manualmente.Ero indeciso se acquistare questa o una stampante di gran lunga più economica, ma la stampante termica in oggetto funziona perfettamente, è plug&play, facilissima da utilizzare e basta connetterla al PC ed accenderla per eseguire delle stampe.Il formato dei rotoli di stampa supportati è di 80mm, occhio a comprare carta termica altrimenti non vedrete comparire nulla sula carta.Dispone inoltre di un comodissimo autocutter - che può essere anche disabilitato nel caso - e di una seghettatura per eseguire lo strappo manuale, utilissima anche qualora il cutter non funzionasse.nella confezione troviamo un piccolo rotolo di prova, di scarsa qualità. Le stampe eseguite sono abbastanza nitide e durevoli (ho stampato su un rotolo acquistato da me ed il prodotto funziona perfettamente: dopo ormai più di 2 mesi la scritta è ancora lì, perfettamente leggibile), ma non aspettatevi di stampare chissà cosa: la risoluzione non è elevatissima, per cui eventuali immagini e loghi devono essere un po' adattati all'occorrenza.Su Word si è impostato in automatico il foglio, ma i margini automatici sembravano un po' troppo stretti data già l'esiguità dello spazio di stampa su di un rotolo da 80mm, per cui li ho allargati un po' senza riscontrare alcun problema.Per usi amatoriali e semiprofessionali, ad un prezzo accessibile e conveniente direi che ne vale la pena.
