She has an IP ESI phone and really needed hands free for her WFH job. Setup was quick and easy. Sound quality was very good. Controls are easy to work. I bought the "like new" headset from "7 day sale" (less than half the new price).It says “entry level” for a reason. For the price decided to give it a shot. Some days it is fine, other days, not so much. I would be lying if I said I didn’t have buyers remorse. The plus side is that the range is good. Can actually go 30 feet away and still be connected. Wish there were a few more features like actually being able to answer the phone from the headset, but then again it is “entry level.” Should have bit the bullet and gone for one with more bells and whistles and perhaps no static! Will use it for a few more months so I feel like I got my monies worth and then will throw it away and upgrade.This unit did not come with any of the cords needed to connect it to the phone or electricity so it's useless to us until we can hunt some down somewhere else.If the people in my office would shut up, I'd hear better.I bought 3 Jabra PRO 920's and it works wonderfully. It makes it so much easier to work at a busy pace. I work in logistics and I am constantly on the phone and running back in forth for something in my office. I never have to put people on hold to look for a file in the filing cabinet anymore. It is a lot easier to talk and work at my desk. I share a office with 2 other people so its more convenient for all of us if we can walk around with headsets on rather than putting someone on speaker phone. But I think the greatest advantage is not having to hold my phone with my shoulder anymore.Have used this for just over a week and so far so good. Works well in my home office and provides me with a good range to walk around during calls.Comfort is good, size and weight, but would appreciate better quality and fit.
