Since the printer doesn’t have a display panel, installation is done using HP’s software. Downloading the driver, following the instructions, and setting it up on the network ensures that anyone can easily print. USB users have a different setup application, which is just as easy to use. No surprises there!Here are a few tips:- Set print defaults on the PC and adjust settings for different label stocks as needed.- Adjust darkness settings if labels print too light or too dark.- Treat the thermal print head with care.
