This cover fit my 2016 Honda CRV just fine. It's easy to put on and take off. It works well to keep the snow and frost off the windshield. I also like the pockets for the side view mirrors.However, I came back to my car one time after and extended period and the wind had blown the cover almost off of the car. It was off the windshield and hanging above the top of the car and only attached on one side by the part (the "wing") that was wedged inside the door. So the magnets which normally secure the cover to the hood weren't strong enough to hold in a strong wind.I would recommend it unless you're in an area with strong winds and you have to leave the car and cover for a long time.I’ve only used this once so far, and it seems to do what it claims. I would have appreciated some labeling such as: ‘This end up’ or ‘Window side’That would have made its use easier! And NO magnets in place. I’ll see how well it works for bigger snow storms and will report back!—— Tried to use this in the course of a snowstorm— only 6-12 inches— and this was cumbersome,and difficult to remove without getting more snoweverywhere- just what I was trying to avoid!!!I’d return this if I could!!!!!Good buy and was excited to get this with a snowstorm on the way. but packing was wrapped up pretty tightly, had to cut it out. Also there was no instruction, wish the had included a diagram atleast. I had to look at the picture online to figure out how to do this. Glade I got it.Ordered this item because I wanted a cover that included the side view mirrors especially since the defroster in the car sucks. I've used it 3x so far & it's worked great. While the other tenants were busy scraping off their windows, I simply removed the cover and drove off! Easy to install, easy to remove & not a speck of snow or frost on the window. I wish they made it so that it would also cover the front driver & passenger windows. My only concern is the length of the flaps that are placed inside the window. They're not long enough to keep prospective thieves away. It would be too easy to pull them out & steal the cover. On a side note, I received a postcard and on one side it says "A free $10 Amazon gift card when you review us." But on the flip side of it it says to send a screenshot of the review to "win" the gift card. So which is it? Because one is not the same as the other. Is it receive a free gift card or is it have a chance to win a gift card? Rather misleading.I had high hopes for this windshield cover, it did not live up to them. The design is not very good. There should really be magnets at the top of the cover. The top does not fit well to the car and if the wind blows from the rear of the car to the front, it catches the cover and blows it forward. Even with the security flaps, rain or snow can blow in from the top. The security flaps are too thick and really compress the doors' weather strips.I have actually installed the cover upside down because the three magnets are pretty good and provide a good grip to the cover on the car. It's not a perfect fit, but is better then putting it on right side up. Had seriously conidered returning, not sure why I didn't.I live in a state where we experience all four seasons and our winter season can be very brutal. I ordered two shields, one for each vehicle. I took on a second job for extra money and I worked late on my second job. I did not want to come out of my first job and have to run the risk of being late to my second job because I had to scrape my windshield. My second job ended at midnight and sometimes later if I worked extra hours and being a woman, I didn't want to have to stand outside of my vehicle, by myself, scraping my windshield. All I had to do is remove the pocket cover over my side mirrors, open the passenger door to release the flap, then walk around to my drivers door, remove the side mirror cover, open the door, shake off the ice, snow, or water, and get into my vehicle and leave. I am ordering more flaps for my two daughters as well. I highly recommend this shield.I was looking for something that would save me from having to scrape the snow and ice off of my windshield when it snows or ices over. I bought these for Christmas presents and everyone was so excited to use them. Within a week we got our very first ice storm. The windshield cover was so easy to install and the next morning it was so easy to take off. It kept my windshield free of ice and I didn't have to raise my wipers because the cover kept them ice free as well, it even covered my side view mirrors which was a nice bonus. Both of my son's called that morning to thank me for giving them this windshield cover because it saved them so much time not having to scrape the ice off of their windshield. We haven't had snow yet this winter but I can't wait to see just how easy it is to remove all of that snow without having to break out the scraper. I just wish you made one for the back windshield as well. I would be thrilled to not have to scrape the front or the back windshield. Thank you for this product, it will be a time saver and a back saver for sure.Used on my small pickup and it worked great. No snow or ice on my windshield or wipers.
