This printer is really fantastic. It is a beautiful little unit; very well made and just aesthetically pleasing to hold and look at. It has the appearance of something that should perhaps cost much more than $100.It is unbelievably quick... You will be amazed if you've never used one of these. It also uses no ink, so score another point! The packaging is over-the-top quality. The box is a keeper and the packaging is meticulous... I believe they are sending message that this is an excellent product... and indeed it is.I had some issues locating the correct settings place on my computer to change the paper size to 4"x6". There are plenty of videos online, and there is even a thumb drive with detailed instructions that is included with this printer. If you have issues with the labels printing too small AFTER you change the size, you may have changed the size in the wrong settings screen. Consult the thumb drive. The instructions are right on the money but you have to read them closely. Also use Chrome, not Internet Explorer.If this wasn't enough, I asked a question to their customer support, and was not expecting much, to be honest. I was surprised to receive an answer and troubleshooting tips within minutes every time... Even on a Sunday... Impressive...I will close by saying that I made this purchase after looking at the remarkable feedback on this printer, and this company.I print a lot of labels, and I really wish I'd have bought one of these long ago.A rare 10/10 in my opinion...Excellent job folks!
