I love this label maker, it has a solid build and works perfectly! The interface is fairly easy to use. I was able to download the app within seconds, and I printed a label for one of my charging cords within minutes of first opening this up. I thought it was going to be a little more difficult, but it pretty easy to follow their steps. The app has an introductory step by step when you first download it. They make it very user friendly. One very important note is to watch which NIIMBOT app that you are downloading. I found out that there are two different NIIMBOT apps, one for normal printers and one that is specifically for little label makers like this one. I accidentally downloaded the normal printer app first and found out quite quickly that there was only a free trial to use that one. Then when I went back into the App Store I saw that there was a second one that was free, but did have some premium features that were in-app purchases. However, you still can use this app without having to upgrade. You can do quite a few things with this little printer. You are able to print straight text, you can make the text bigger, bolder, or even curved! To start with a new label you go to the bottom of the screen and tap on "New", it will then take you to the next page, and now here is where you get to decide what it is that you want to do. You can tap on the T for text, tap on AI design, Image to get to your photos, Icon for different icons, and so on. You double tap, and then start writing or editing in the little box below the big window. To make the text bigger you go to the "Font Shape" tab and you can move the scrolling bar left or right. There are a whole lot of neat features that you can use like adding pictures, icons, barcodes, QR codes, borders, templates, and so forth. It is extremely portable, rechargeable, and very easy to use. I love that they have included 3 rolls of label making paper to get you started! There is also a USB C charging cord included that you plug in to charge the unit. This is a very nice label maker and am very impressed with it! I highly recommend this label printer and can vouch for the quality and craftsmanship!
