There's nothing worse than missing the moment because the remote shutter decided not to work! I have several Bluetooth shutter remotes with rechargeable batteries that have started to fail despite being fully charged. Powering them on and off didn't work, and I usually have to plug them into a USB port for a moment to awaken them.I needed an inexpensive replacement that performed reliably and I am happy to say these remotes paired quickly with my phone and iPad, and work well.You really cannot beat the value fo this four-pack, and I keep one near every device and tripod. They all turned on and flashed blue when entering “pairing mode” but I only got 2 of them to actually connect and pair with my iPhone 12 Pro. The ones that did connect worked well, quickly paired and took pictures, videos easily. There’s no option to send a message to customer service to ask for 2 replacements. I have to return my whole order it looks like. At least shipping is quick with prime.Update:Got my replacement order the same day I shipped out my defective order (2 days with prime). All 4 replacements work.Works really good with my tripod and my phone.Very simple. Turn blue tooth connector on in your phone (Galaxy S9 in my case) and dongle connected. I use it with my phone and Nikon Fieldscope to digiscope. The setup gets the job done with no vibrations from touching the phone to snap a picture. I also don't have to keep saying cheese to snap a picture.They work well for the price point, but I have had issues with the remote disconnecting and I didn't get portion of the pictures I took. I spent a lot of time connecting a re connecting. Its not my favorite, but it will do.I received the item and right away got my phone and paired it, no problem. I had another brand like this one that quit working (Actually wouldn't make the connection when I hit the button, if I pinched and pulled with both hands I could get it to work!) I thought the price on this multipack was a was great and if the first stops working, I have others!I am so happy with this product. I no longer have to pull my daughter from her bed to take my picture when I am getting ready to go out or when I finish making a new garment. I just sit the phone on the tripod, strike a pose and click away. Had this product for several months now and thus far, it has not let me down.I bought these to use with my phone, as a stand alone and with the phone attached to a spotting scope to eliminate any movement/ shaking when taking a photo. I am very well please with the result I have obtained.
