I print for a living and have been shipping for almost 20 years. I've had my fair share of label printers before and the Munbyn has by far been my best experience! For me, the dpi is really important which is why I chose this particular thermal printer. I admit I did try a competitors very popular printer first and ended up sending it back after so many issues and less than ideal support. The Munbyn was extremely easy to setup and prints beautifully. I did have an issue when I was switching from 4x6 to round labels and needed some assistance. I sent a message and received a very quick personalized reply with a video! They made sure I had all questions answered and was satisfied. Highly highly recommend this company that clearly stands behind their product!I originally purchased Jadens label printer which was not user friendly. I wanted simple steps and results. With the Munbyn, results happened! Very pleased!!!! Would buy again.My computer has Bluetooth capabilities and it’s a shame this printer can’t be wireless. I had to purchase a longer USB cord so I can use itI just received it yesterday and it was extremely easy to set up. I bought it for my small business. I was using my printer to print out labels. I think this will be a game changer. Will let you know how it does as soon as u get my first order that I can use the printerVery happy - sometimes scaling to size on some mailing platforms is a bit tricky but overall this has been great and a time saver packing orders.There are 2 cords that plug into the back of the printer, but they go right next to where the labels feed into it. It's difficult to align your stack of labels straight behind where they feed into because of the cords. There is plenty of room to space these our so I don't know why they designed it like that. The edges of the label backing get a little crunched as they go through often and I assume it'd because the labels aren't lined up well enough. Haven't ruined any labels yet though. Just awkward. Otherwise I'm very happy with the ease and convenience of the printer.I just started an online business and I wanted to be sure to have a thermal printer right before the holidays because I know it will be crazy busy with Christmas coming up. I have done a little research and I realized I did not want the Dymo one because I saw more horrible reviews than more good ones. First thing I noticed that they give you instructions and a USB stating how to install your driver for Mac or Windows. The printer looks very professional but I would be honest it took me a while to figure out how to use the printer. I messed up on most of my free labels they gave me and now I am literally down to like 3 labels which sucks but hey I am new to this stuff. I would legit think the printer is wireless or bluetooth because you must add it to your printer preferences but I believe it is not. You must hook it up with the USB but I think there may be an issue with the USB they gave me because it connects sometimes to my printer which is really frustrating. Took me over 30 min to figure it out. After an hour of figuring out how to use it. It is overall nice, I am just going to have to contact customer service to see if I can get another USB sentUpdate: I am glad to say someone from customer service manage to go and help me with the USB problem. Even though it was kind of slow but they managed to be able to help and get me a new USB. I have been using my printer for now a month for my Etsy and I love it. Takes a bit of time to get used of if you’re a beginner like me but after all I ended up loving it and now use it so easily!Easy to use with Mac (installed drivers from the website as advised by others users as flash drive seems to have dodgy drivers). Works great and prints good quality. (I use it with custom made software and have no issues with it). Barcode reader picks up barcodes well.The only reason I give 4 stars is that I used it with 40x20 mm labels and calibration sometimes align in a way that wastes some labels. But thats only first time you set up the roll. But maybe works better with bigger labels.Still would recommend this printer for your barcode/label jobs. Great in all other aspects.I had order another version of this printer the with a lower DPI and it didn't work for scanning shipping labels so thankfully I was able to return it Amazon and get this 300DPI version. It is very easy to use and I am very happy with it. I want to try out printing other packaging labels too once the round stickers come into stock. Highly recommend for a small business.Best label printer on the market, it has saved me so much time compared to other brands that I have tested.Comes with a great guide on how to set up that makes the set up process a lot simpler for Mac users.Would 100% recommend this product for Mac users as it also comes with an adapter for USB to USB C that other models I have tried have failed to supply.Leider habe ich nicht das erhalten, was ich erhofft habe.. Der Drucker tut was es soll, aber die Druckqualität ist sehr schlecht im Gegensatz zu meinem Zebra Drucker. Vielleicht bin ich einfach daran gewöhnt mit meinem alten Drucker gute Qualitäten zu erzielen, weshalb der Munbyn so ins Auge sticht. Feineinstellungen wurden bereits gemacht, leider immer noch schlecht.Love the printer but when it prints it emmits loads of interference on the monitor
