I ordered this product not only because it was cheaper than going through the RV dealership, but I would get it quicker to have it installed. The Air Force One kit came packaged in the original box from Demco and it was sealed. I took the box to the RV dealership for them to install the unit and 15 small parts were missing; 6238 Coach Install Kit and 6248 Quick Connect Kit. The technician at the dealership said they would be packed in a small bag. I called Demco and the person was able to identify the box by the serial number and said the box weighed within a couple ounces of other boxes with that went out the same day. So he assured me the parts were in the box when it left Demco. In order to get the AFO installed I had to pay for the parts again. $160 plus shipping costs.
